Meet Nichole Burgess, the visionary force behind our thriving cosmetology institute. Her journey began as a licensed cosmetologist in 2003, where she honed her craft within salon walls, building a loyal clientele and immersing herself in the artistry of beauty.
However, Nichole’s passion transcended the salon chair. Driven by a desire to share her expertise, she returned to school, earning her cosmetology teaching certification. In 2010, she proudly secured her cosmetology instructor license, marking the beginning of her impactful journey as an educator.
For over a decade, Nichole has been a dedicated leader in the cosmetology industry. Her classrooms have witnessed the transformation of countless skillful students, each guided by her unwavering commitment to excellence. Nichole’s extensive experience and passion for nurturing talent make her an invaluable asset to our establishment and community.

Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Science in Engineering Management, he brings a unique blend of technical acumen and strategic thinking to our team.
His professional trajectory spans diverse industries, from automotive to medical and beauty. For over two decades, Michael has spearheaded sales and marketing initiatives, skillfully navigating complex landscapes. His leadership prowess, honed since 2001, has fostered growth, teamwork, and innovation.
Yet, Michael’s most cherished collaboration transcends the professional realm. Working alongside his wife and soulmate, Nichole Burgess, he envisions a cosmetology institute that redefines excellence.
